RXSOL-18-1011-025 is Exciting product treated for prevention of rusting by chemical coating. This product is Single component rust neutralizing system giving excellent adhesion to subsequent painting materials. on applying to metal surface it penetrates through and chemically reacts with the rust on the surfaces and forms a fine coherent film of protective coating on the surface which also serves as an excellent base for the primer.

Application
APPLICATION, DOSAGE & CONTROL:-
It is necessary chemically cleaned to remove old rust & scale deposits before treatment.
DIP CLEANING: -
Small parts may be dipped in an open bucket or tank-containing RXSOL-18-1011 after dipping immediately removes the metals parts from bath. Finally wash the system with water on complete drying. Acid proof gloves should be worn during the operation.
