Air Cooler Cleaning Chemicals ACC9 AC coil cleaner is a powerful solvent emulsion cleaner, easily dissolves soiled oil and grease deposits. Also helpful to clean all types of engine parts, turbochargers of diesel engines.

During the operation, the fins & tubes of the main engine air cooler become fouled with oil, grease, dust, and carbonaceous deposit, which will affect cooling efficiency.

Very effective TURBOCHARGER & AIR COOLER CLEANING

AIR COOLER CLEANING CHEMICAL is a concentrated liquid solution of aromatic hydrocarbons, powerful surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, and strong emulsifying.

Application

During the operation, the fins & tubes of the main engine air cooler which become fouled with oil, grease, dust and carbonaceous deposit, which will affect cooler efficiency and damage the system.

RXSOL-54-1048-020 ( www.rxmarine.com/safe-acid-descalex-liquid-20-ltr ) is a powerful dissolving agent of calcium carbonate. Therefore, it is better to use RXSOL-54-1048-020  to do circulating cleaning at an early stage before the scales build up and block the tube, or regular cleaning is recommended as well. It is impossible to do a circulating cleaning when the tube is completely blocked.

How to Clean Air Cooler?

Air Cooler Detergent Cleaner Formulated to clean remove heavy deposited oil, grease, and carbon and mud deposits from air coolers and scavenging systems. 3 Ltr of Concentrated Cleaner can cover heavily deposited contaminated cooler surface area. 

DOSE Air Cooler Cleaning  Chmeical Mixing Ration with Water : 1 Part Concentrate COOLER CLEANER with 3 PARTS FRESH WATER. 

Note : If condition of COOLER is heavily deposited / contaminated then repeat the injection process 2-3 times.

After cleaning of EMULSIFIED deposits, Rinse the system with FRESH WATER.
 

SPRAY METHOD by HAND SPRAY :
 
 
First of all STOP AC ENGINE, and Disconnect from POWER SUPPLY.
Then spray on all coil CONCENTRATE Air Cooler Cleaner, And after 1 Hours use PRESSURE Water Jet as per the requirement ti remove all greasy mess and loose particle. And flush the system through DRAIN VALVE. If necessory, repeat the same PROCESS to get satisfaction and optimum cleaning result.
 

Typical Soak Method

USE PLASTIC BATH TUB and dip all machine parts to remove HEAVY DEPOSITED carbon and oil grease. Wait for minimum 2 - 4 hrs then RINSE the parts by using PRESSURE WATER JET.
